The course has been developed to address specific issues, such as good etiquette, hygiene as well as meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of guests just to mention a few.

Regardless of a restaurant’s size or style, the serving staff represents the face of every dining establishment.

Timetable
Lessons are conducted from Monday to Friday. Maximum 3 hours a day. You can only come if your booking is approved and you are ready to start.

Pm session
12 noon – 3 pm
